Another rant, this time calmer and shorter.

I am always surprised when I am driving at night and I see someone driving their car without their headlights on. I realize that when you are driving in the city it is lit well enough by the streetlights. But we both were in an area that was not particularly well lit. Doesn't that mean that he or she was obviously not looking at their gauges?! Kinda worries me, ya know?
